Brokers, Agents Secure Your 20% REFERRAL FEE:

We pay a 20% referral fee on the sellers side of the commission to anyone that refers a new seller.

We have worked with many residential, commercial and business brokers that do not have experience in selling restaurants, bars and clubs, but have formed great relationships with business owners and landlords and may be able to generate listings. Restaurant Realty Company will pay a 20% referral fee to brokers that refer new seller clients to us on the selling side of the commission.

For brokers or agents who have clients interested in restaurant related businesses for sale listed by Restaurant Realty Company, following conditions to co-broker:

1) The client has not already signed a confidentiality agreement with Restaurant Realty Company, and been provided access to the listing details.

​

2) The agent or broker has NOT signed a confidentiality agreement with Restaurant Realty Company, and been provided access to the listing details.

​

3) The client is financially qualified on the listing and the agent or broker can make that information available to Restaurant Realty Company. On certain listings, we may request additional information.
